Coaching is a partnership between coach and client.

Coaching helps you change what is holding you back and helps you go in the direction you want to go. It builds your awareness which in turn leads to change.

Coaching is for anyone who knows they need to make a change in their life and are ready to explore. Everyone would benefit from coaching to reach their full potential.

I work with anyone, over the age of 18.

I provide coaching for all nationalities who are English speaking, regardless of location around the globe where we are able to agree suitable call times based on time zone differences.

I strongly believe in the diversity of all soul’s on our planet.  I provide coaching for people from different social and ethnic backgrounds and of different genders, sexual orientations, etc.

I do not provide coaching to anyone who is undertaking any form of therapy or medical treatment, following medical diagnosis, to attempt the remediation of a specific health problem. This may include mental health issues.

If you are currently seeking or being provided assistance with specific health issues (shown below), coaching will not be provided for you.

Acute depression or anxiety, sexual problems, alcohol mis-use/alcoholism, drug misuse, suicidal, major resistance to being coached or fear of the coach, depression, food misuse, bulimia, anorexia, domestic violence, paedophilia or mental illness.

No. The process of coaching is not advice, counselling, therapy or medical treatment in any form. A counsellor, therapist or psychologist all require very specialist training.

Yes. You and I agree to respect the confidentiality of and not disclose to any person any information given to each other during the coaching sessions, without the other’s consent.

All calls are provided using Zoom.

  • Discovery calls last 60-75 minutes.
  • One2One calls last 60 minutes.
  • The Lifebook Premium calls last for 90 minutes.

  • We will mutually agree, via email, a day/time of the week to conduct our calls. Once agreed I will send you a unique Zoom event invite which will be used solely for our calls together.

    Note: If you have not used Zoom before, it is beneficial if you download the meeting client prior to our first call by going to Download Center – Zoom

    A full list of all the call dates and times will be provided to you before you start, along with the zoom details.

    Calls can be recorded with prior agreement by both parties. Where calls are recorded, they will be held for a limited period of 14 days only.

    Upon request, you can make payment using a bank-to-bank transfer (e.g. EFT). Where this method is chosen, I will provide details to you by email. Coaching calls will be arranged once payment has been received.
